Configure Relationship Section and Views in 360

This article explains how admins can add a Relationship section to the C360/R360, create Relationship Section Views and Object Associations.
Overview
Relationship is a framework in Gainsight that provides you the flexibility to accurately model and manage your complex customer structures by creating Relationship types and Relationships. Relationship takes Customer Success beyond managing Accounts. They help CSMs manage each connection point (Relationship) with the customer.

Add Relationship Section to Layout
To add relationship section:
- In the Configure Sections step, drag and drop the Relationship section from the left pane.
- (Optional) Click the name of the widget to rename them. Once you have renamed the widget, the original widget name is displayed along with the new name.
- Click Configure. The Save to Configure dialog is displayed, if you have not saved the Layout.
- Click Yes. The Relationship Configuration page is displayed.
- In the User Permissions, select the following options:
- Enable the end users to create and delete Relationships.
- Enable the end users to edit Relationships.
- (Optional) Click Go to Relationship Section Views to customize the Summary Ribbon, List view, and Card view configuration for each Relationship Type using Relationship Section Views. For more information on how to create Relationship Section views, refer to the Relationship Section Views section.
- From the Filter the Report by dropdown, select the company field to filter the reports.
- From the Available Reports section, select the reports to be displayed in the Relationship section.
- Click Save.
Relationship Section Views
Admin can configure Relationship Views to customize the Relationship section of C360. You can add, edit, or delete views in the Relationship Section Views tab. Gainsight provides a OOB default view for the Relationship section.
To add a Relationship view:
- Navigate to Administration > 360 Layouts > C360.
- Click the Configurations tab and then click Add. The Assign step is displayed.
- In the Name field, enter the name of the view.
- In the For Relationship Types section, select the types of Relationships for the view.
Note: You can use the search box to find the required Relationship Type. - Click Next. The Configure step is displayed.
- Drag and drop the data points in the Summary Ribbon. You can add 6 data points to the Summary Ribbon.
Note:- You can preview the summary ribbon while adding data points in the Preview section.
- You can also add Lookup fields and configure for Searchable and Display Field for the same.
- Click the List View tab.
- Drag and drop the fields from the left pane. Gainsight provides 11 fields to the list view, by default. You can add up to 20 fields that will be displayed as columns in the List view.
- Click the Card View tab.
- In the Card View tab, Gainsight provides 11 fields in the Card View, by default. You can delete the existing fields and drag and drop the fields to add them to the Card View. You can add up to 11 fields that will be displayed in the Card view.
Notes:- You can preview the card view while adding fields in the Preview section.
- Click the Settings icon to configure the fields.
- Click Save.
