Enhanced Path Analysis for Targeted Insights

The Path Analysis report in PX just got smarter. With the ability to perform focused path analysis, you can now easily analyze specific product areas by narrowing the report to the most relevant paths, streamlining the process and reducing the need for manual adjustments. 

The new Refine Path section allows you to define specific product areas by including or excluding (or both) relevant features, labels, or modules, enabling more targeted and actionable insights. This improvement enhances usability and eliminates the need to navigate through a large list of assets manually.

Key improvements include:

  • New Include and Exclude Options: Narrow the scope of path analysis by selecting specific modules, features, or labels to focus on.
  • Support for Modules: Analyze paths relevant to specific modules or sections of your product.
  • Refined User Experience: Experience the enhanced usability and intuitive process for creating and editing Path Analysis reports. The UI is revamped for improved clarity, with contextual headers displaying relevant details about selected modules, features, or labels.

Improved KC Bot Search Analytics for Knowledge Base and Community

We are excited to introduce additional analytics for Knowledge Center Bot (KC Bot), providing deeper insights into how users interact with knowledge base and community search results. This addition allows you to track which search results are being clicked and who is clicking them, offering valuable data to optimize search relevance and improve user experiences. 

With detailed analytics at the search keyword and user level, content managers can now better understand search performance, identify gaps, and enhance search result accuracy. This data-driven approach helps you design more effective content strategies to ensure that end-users find the most relevant information quickly and effectively.

Note: Historical data is not backfilled; analytics are available only from the date of release.

Simplified User Management with CSV Import

IMPORTANT: This feature will be available on February 18, 2025, along with relevant documents.

Managing a large number of users is now simpler, with the ability to bulk create and update PX users using a CSV file. This enhancement is designed to save time and effort, allowing you to add or modify up to 1,000 users at once instead of manually adding them one by one.

Additionally, you now have the ability to update existing users' permissions in bulk, ensuring consistent role management across the organization. By automating the user creation and editing process, you can focus on more strategic tasks while maintaining efficient user and role management.

Note

  • CSV uploads are capped at 1,000 users per file.
  • The file size must not exceed 3 MB and should match the sample format provided. Gainsight recommends downloading the preformatted sample CSV first to ensure seamless uploads and avoid errors during the import process.

Integrated Zoomin Articles in KC Bot

We are glad to expand our knowledge base integrations to include Zoomin, joining our existing lineup of supported platforms. With this introduction, you can now search and retrieve Zoomin knowledge base articles directly within KC Bot, eliminating the need to switch tools. This improves efficiency, accelerates issue resolution, and ensures your end-users have quick access to the information they need.
