Deeper Account-Level Insights with Redesigned Accounts Explorer
The Accounts Explorer has been completely redesigned to provide a comprehensive, account-level view of customer engagement. This introduces a structured, scalable way to track adoption, engagement, and risk at the account level. It surfaces key metrics with support for health scoring, drill-downs, and configurable views to help teams assess product value across accounts.
This revamp also marks a shift in PX from user-centric reporting to a more account-oriented model, enabling teams to evaluate engagement, identify risk, and prioritize actions more effectively at the account level.

Enhancements
Analytics
[Know More]Full URL and Hash Support for Page Views in Query Builder
Analyze Page View events in Query Builder using two new attributes: Full URL and URL Hash. These enhancements allow you to group and filter data more precisely, especially in environments where URLs include detailed or dynamic structures.
This update enhances how you evaluate user engagement at the page level. By capturing full navigational context and fragment-level behavior, you can build more accurate reports and uncover patterns that were previously difficult to isolate, such as deep scrolling, anchor usage, or in-app route changes.
The following parameters are available:
- Full URL
- Enables grouping and filtering by the complete URL, including path and parameters.
- Helps identify high-traffic or low-conversion pages across full navigational flows.
- URL Hash
- Allows segmentation by in-page anchors or route fragments (for instance, #demo, or #faq).
- Useful for measuring engagement in single-page applications or scrolling-based interfaces.
For more information, refer to the Query Builder article.
Export KC Bot Analytics using PX-CS and S3 Integrations
Product and customer success teams often need to analyze Knowledge Center (KC) engagement data outside of PX for reporting, enrichment, or trend analysis. With this update, you can export KC Bot analytics data such as content views, searches, and task list activity using PX-CS and AWS S3 integrations. These exports are designed to support offline analysis, centralized reporting, and daily roll-up use cases.
For more information on AWS S3 integration, refer to the AWS S3 and Google Cloud Storage Integration article.
For more information on the PX-CS integration, refer to the PX-CS Integration article.
Product First Seen Now Available in Retention Analysis
You can now use Product First Seen as a trigger event in Retention Analysis under the Advanced configuration menu. These attributes are accessible under both User and Account scopes.
This enhancement helps teams evaluate retention trends from the true start of product usage, especially when there is a portfolio of products, improving retention measurement accuracy.
Knowledge Center Bot
[Know More]Enhancements to New Knowledge Center Bot (Beta)
Building on the beta release of the new KC Bot, we have introduced the following enhancements to further streamline and enhance your bot creation experience.
Clone Bots Across Products
The new KC Bot flow supports cloning an existing bot across multiple products. This streamlines the setup by carrying over product-agnostic settings such as design, layout, and widget structure, allowing you to maintain consistency across environments, without duplicating the content.
For more information, refer to the Create and Manage KC Bots article.
Edit Content Safely with Dependency Checks
The Dependencies tab in Admin Console is enhanced to display which bots use a specific content item before deletion. This visibility helps prevent accidental disruptions by allowing you to identify where content is actively used. You can review all live bots linked to the content and make informed decisions when updating or removing shared resources.
The same dependency check is available when deleting an item from the Content Library page, with direct access to the Dependencies tab for review.
Expand and Collapse KC Bot
A default expand and collapse icon is now available in the bot header. This improves the user experience by allowing users to expand the view to read more content or collapse it to reduce visual clutter. The icon appears automatically and is also supported in embedded bots.
Custom Color Gradient for Bot Background
You can apply custom gradient backgrounds to the bot to better match your brand and elevate the visual design. This setting is available in the Theme section of the bot editor.
For more information, refer to the Design Knowledge Center Bots article.
Expanded Character Limits Across Widgets
To support clearer communication and improve guidance within the bot, character limits have been increased across several fields. These changes allow for more descriptive labels, instructions, and contextual messages.
