Other Widget Category
This article describes the Other category in the Skilljar Starter widget library and the widget it contains.
Overview
The Other category is a catch-all for widgets that are useful on a Catalog Page but do not fit into Blocks, Community, Gamification, Layout, Modules, or Education. Widgets in this category are often general-purpose elements, such as custom HTML or embedded content.
The Other category currently contains one widget.
Available Widget in Other
The following Other widgets consist of the HTML Module.
HTML
Use the HTML widget for content that does not fit any other category, such as custom HTML, embedded content from a third party, or a specialized element.
Add the Other Widget
To add the widget from the Other category, follow the steps below:
- In layout mode, click the + button on the left edge of the page.
- In the Choose a widget panel, click Other in the category sidebar.
- Click the available widget to insert it.
- Configure the widget's content or code.
- Verify the result with Preview State, then click Publish to apply the change.
