This article explains how you can integrate Gainsight PX with HelpDocs. When PX is configured with HelpDocs, you can view and search all the articles available in HelpDocs through Knowledge Center Bot.
Must have HelpDocs login credentials to generate API Token. For more information on how to generate the API Token in HelpDocs, refer Managing API Keys page.
To create a connection between Gainsight PX and HelpDocs:
- Login to Gainsight PX with your personal credentials. Gainsight PX Dashboard is displayed.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Settings icon. Enter the Token which you already generated in HelpDocs.
- Click Apply.
