Configure Multi-Question Survey Response in Adoption Explorer
This article helps admins enable Multi-Question Survey Response data ingestion into Gainsight CS.
Overview
Multi-Question Surveys in Gainsight PX enable you to collect structured, in-depth feedback from users at key points in their journey, such as during onboarding or when engaging specific user segments. By designing surveys with multiple questions and customizable answer formats, you can capture user intent, assess sentiment, and gather actionable insights across critical touchpoints.
Multi-Question Surveys support broader customer feedback programs and empowers product teams to make informed decisions based on real user input.
When Gainsight PX is integrated with Gainsight CS, admins can export Multi-Question Survey Response data directly into Adoption Explorer, driving deeper insights into product usage.
