Automatic Attendance Tracking for Zoom Webinars

Gainsight CE now supports Automatic Attendance Tracking for Zoom Webinars, similar to Zoom Meetings. Attendance is updated in real-time based on how long learners attend, hence reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.

Key Benefits

  • Automatically track learner attendance after a Zoom Webinar ends.
  • Use a configurable Minimum Attendance Threshold to determine whether a learner is marked as Attended.
  • Attendance statuses include:
    • Attended: Learner met or exceeded the threshold.
    • Not Attended: Learner did not meet the threshold or did not attend.
    • Pending: Attendance status not yet updated (can be manually adjusted).

Example: For a 60-minute webinar with a 50% threshold, learners must attend at least 30 minutes to be marked as Attended.
