Overview
Deleting a user permanently and irreversibly deletes their account and removes access to your school. Deleting an admin, manager, or learner also results in permanent removal of their data from the Analytics dashboards. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
Delete a Learner
There are two options to delete a learner from Gainsight CE:
Delete from People
To delete a learner from the People section:
- Navigate to People > People.
- Select the user you want to delete in the list.
- Click the three-horizontal dots menu and select Delete.
- A confirmation window appears confirming your request to delete them. Click I understand, please delete to proceed.
Delete from Profile
To delete a learner from the profile:
- Navigate to People > People.
- Select a learner by clicking their name, email, to see their profile.
- Click the Actions dropdown and select Delete.
