Understand how your Learners are progressing across many courses.

Overview

The People Leaderboard report is a powerful tool designed to help you track your learners' total progress across all their enrolled courses. With this report, you can easily see how many learners are still working on their courses and how many have completed them.

Run the People Leaderboard Report

By default, the People Leaderboard report displays results from the past 30 days. To customize the data shown in the report, you can apply various filters. The available filters include:

Course Name
Group Name
Learner Name
Email
Last Activity Date

Run the Report

Select the relevant filters to customize the data displayed in the report.
Click refresh on the right side of the screen. The report will then be generated based on your selected filters.

Download Data from the People Leaderboard Report

You have the option to download data from an individual dashboard tile or the entire report. The following formats are available for individual tile downloads:

TXT (Tab-Separated Values)
Excel Spreadsheet (Excel 2007 or later)
CSV
JSON
HTML
Markdown
PNG (Image of Visualization)

Download the Complete Report

Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select "Download" from the menu. Choose your preferred file format (PDF or CSV).
Adjust the settings as needed before downloading.
