Overview
The Learner Activity Ranking report ranks learners from most to least active based on their interactions within courses. This includes both views and completions, giving a comprehensive picture of learner engagement.
Run the Learner Activity Ranking Report
Default Settings
By default, the report displays data for the last 30 days. However, you can customize the report by applying various filters.
Applying Filters
To tailor the report to your needs, you can apply the following filters:
- Date Range: Specify the time period for the report.
- Course Name: Filter by specific courses.
- Group Name: Filter by learner groups.
- Email: Filter by individual learner email addresses.
Generating the Report
After setting up your filters:
- Click the Refresh button on the right.
- The report will be generated with the specified criteria.
Downloading the Report
To download the report:
- Click on the Dashboard menu (three dots in the top right corner).
- Select Download.
- Select the desired file format (PDF or CSV).
- Adjust any necessary settings.
- Confirm download.
