Get quantitative insight from your school about how many learners have been active in your account for a given period of time
Overview
This report provides a comprehensive view of learner activation metrics, giving you insight into the number of users who have been active in your account over a specified period.
Select Time Period
- Click the Edit icon to specify the time period you want to investigate.
- Choose the appropriate filters.
- Click Apply to confirm your selection.
View Metrics
For the selected date range or group, you will see the following metrics:
- Total Learners Invited During Time Period: Number of learners invited within the specified time frame.
- Total Learners Activated During Time Period: Number of learners who activated their accounts during the specified time frame.
- Total Learners Active During Time Period: Number of learners active during the specified time frame.
- Average Hours To Activation For Learners Invited During Time Period: Average time taken for learners to activate their accounts after being invited.
Customize Data Display
Use the Display Data By drop-down menu to select the exact period of time you would like your data grouped.
Analyze Charts
Scroll down to view and analyze the generated charts that display the data.
