This article lists all of the announcements and enhancements from the Pulse , 2026 Staircase AI product release.

Release Date: May 27, 2026

New Feature

Access AI Hand-off Analyst Report for Accounts

Staircase AI now generates handoff analysis reports that extract and structure critical context from pre-close and pre-renewal communications. CSMs can access these reports before engaging with a new account, eliminating the need to chase down sales reps or search through email threads.

  • Handoff Actions: Prioritized recommended actions categorized as Critical, High, or Medium, each with a supporting rationale.

Enhancement

Redesigned Integrations Page

The Integrations page has been redesigned to improve how admins discover, browse, and manage integrations. The previous two-panel layout, with a fixed sidebar list and an inline detail panel, has been replaced with a modern card grid interface. Each integration now appears as a standalone card with a name, description, category tag, and connection status indicator. A category filter bar and a search field have been added, enabling admins to locate integrations faster without scrolling through the full list.

The redesign does not change how individual integrations are configured. Existing connections and settings are preserved.

Key Enhancements

  • Card Grid Layout: The Integrations page now displays all available integrations in a responsive four-column card grid. Each card shows the integration logo, name, a brief description, and one or more category tags. The connection status icon on each card indicates whether the integration is connected or not connected.
  • Category Filters: A row of category filter chips is available at the top of the page. The following categories are supported:
    • Authentication
    • Email & Calendar
    • Ticketing
    • Product
    • Chat
    • Video
    • CRM
Selecting a category filters the card grid to display only the integrations that belong to that category. Multiple categories can be applied simultaneously.

  • Search: A search bar on the top right of the page allows admins to search for an integration by name. The card grid updates in real time as the Admin types.

Key Benefits

  • Faster discovery: Category filters and search eliminate the need to scroll through the full integration list to find a specific tool.
  • Better visibility: The card grid displays all integrations simultaneously, giving admins a complete view of available and connected integrations without switching between panels.
  • Clearer categorization: Category tags on each card make it easy to understand what type of integration a tool is before selecting it.
  • Scalable interface: The grid layout accommodates a growing library of integrations without degrading navigation usability.
  • No configuration disruption: Existing integration connections and settings are not affected by this update.
