Configuring Organization Settings
This article explains how to manage organization-level settings, dashboard users, and SCIM provisioning in Skilljar Starter.
Organization Settings
To access your organization settings, open your Skilljar Dashboard, expand the Organization header, and select Settings.
Select Edit Settings to update your organization name, which is displayed to your learners and on account communications. You can also update the email address used to send and receive account information, such as confirmations for admin actions, task notifications, and bulk registration of students to courses.
Dashboard Users
To manage dashboard users, expand the Organization header and select Dashboard Users. This lists every dashboard user and admin with access to your organization's Skilljar account.
Note: In this tier, only the Global Admin role is available.
SCIM Provisioning
SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) automates how your Skilljar Dashboard users are provisioned and managed. When connected to an identity provider, user accounts are created, updated, and deactivated automatically as your team changes. SCIM manages dashboard users only and does not affect student accounts.
To enable SCIM provisioning, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
