The support representative has the option to add a CTA to alert the CSM/Account Manager of a risk or an opportunity. To add a CTA:

Click Add CTA at the bottom of the screen

Fill out the following fields:

  • Subject Text field
  • Type Opportunity or Risk
  • User Person the CTA should be assigned to
  • Reason Pre-defined drop down menu
  • Comments Text field to add additional details

Click Save
