Success Plans help CSMs monitor and drive success with individual customers based on objectives and criteria that you define. Success Plans use a Call to Action (CTA) type called Objectives. Success Plans may be composed of one or more Objective CTAs, and may include associated Tasks, either manually created or applied through Playbooks.

In order to use Success Plans, Admins must configure the R360 Success Plans section.

Note: The Export Plan as PPT functionality is currently unavailable for Success Plans for Relationships.

To create Success Plans in the Relationship 360 (R360):

1. Navigate to Customers > [click on the desired customer] > Relationships > [Click on an existing relationship] > Success Plans.

2. Follow the instructions in Add a Success Plan from Step 2 to manually create success plans, or, Admins can use the Rules Engine to automatically create Success Plans for accounts and relationships.
