Scorecard
Scorecard 1.0 Retirement from SFDC Edition
Scorecards 1.0 is officially retired as part of the 6.22 release. The sunset of this feature is now complete. Please use Scorecards 2.0 to monitor the dimensions of your customer’s health. For more information on Scorecards 2.0, refer to Scorecards 2.0.
Issues Addressed
Report Builder
- Issue with URL navigation: In the reports built on the Activity Timeline object, the URLs in the Subject field did not work as expected. This issue is now resolved.
- Incorrect Average in Column calculation: In a Row Grouped report, users when applied average on Column calculation and filtered the records with a single user, the report displayed two different averages. This issue is now resolved.
Rules Engine
- Unable to Update Rule Last Modified Date: Previously, the last modified date of the Rule was not updated when the task or action in which the custom field is used was deleted from Rule. This issue is now resolved, and the Rule’s last modified date is updated immediately if any task or action is deleted from the rule.
Connectors
- PX doesn't honor 'Sync Filters' while loading data to Gainsight Company Person: In the Company Person job of PX Connector, filters were not working to exclude certain email IDs in the email field as the filters were not supported by PX. This issue is now resolved and the filters are working as expected for the email ID field.
