CS Patch Release Notes: Version 6.20.X series

This document contains information about issues that were resolved in patch releases of the 6.20 version.

Notes:

  • Releases are not always contiguous, and do not always contain customer-facing issues or enhancements.
  • The Patch version is 6.20.1 instead of 6.19.1 as there was an unplanned major release (internal) took place just after the 6.19 (Dec Release) major release. We have updated the version in all the respective places as 6.20.1 instead of  6.19.1.

Version 6.20.1 (Patch), Dec 10, 2020

Issues Addressed

Surveys

  • Issue found when PX multiple choice questions Survey engagement was imported to Gainsight: Assume, a PX Survey Engagement is configured with a question having multiple choice answers in which the answer choice has extra spaces within the two words. When such PX Survey Engagement is imported to Gainsight, the Survey 2.0 records holds the HTML encoded text   for the space between the words in the answer choice text. This issue is now resolved.

Email Assist

  • Issue in Email Tasks synced to Salesforce: Users after sending out an email via Cockpit, then enabling sync to Salesforce resulted in task body portions of the email being truncated. This issue is now fixed.

  • Validation error in the Email Task from Cockpit: Users when created a CTA with Playbook having an Email Task from Survey1.0, when validated throws an error. This issue is now fixed.

  • Filters issue in CTAs View exported from C360 page: CTAs when exported from the C360 page, did not honor the filters in the CTA View. This issue is now fixed.

Connectors

  • Adding Derived Mapping seems to cause user job to fail: Previously, specific Salesforce jobs started failing when the user added a self lookup in the derived mappings section of the job. This issue is resolved now.

Rules Engine

  • Issue with moving Rule Engine folders: Users were unable to move the child folders in the Rules List to merge in to parent folders. This issue is now resolved.

  • Load to SFDC Rules execution unsuccessful if email ID contains special character: Previously when a rule was executed using Load to SFDC Action Type, if the email address (Id field) that is used in the rule had an apostrophe, then the rule was not run successfully. This issue is now resolved.

  • Session timeout error in SFDC Bionic Rules preview: Users experienced a ‘Session Time-out’ error frequently while performing the preview task for a rule built on the SFDC objects. This issue is now resolved.
