Step-1: Enable Clarizen Social Sync

Refer the article Triggers and Mappings for Clarizen’s instructions to enable ‘Social Sync’ and integrate your Clarizen feed into Chatter. Once ‘Social Sync’ is enabled, Refer the article How To Add Chatter To The Customer 360 for instructions to add Chatter to the C360 if you haven’t already done so.
