Company Intelligence Overview
Company Intelligence in Account, Case, and Opportunity Widgets
Company Intelligence is available in the Gainsight Account, Case, and Opportunity Widget sections on the Account, Case, and Opportunity pages respectively for individual companies. The advantage of having a Company Intelligence widget on these pages is that it helps sales teams in closing new deals or up-sell and cross-sell existing customers by following the posts.
Note: To use Company Intelligence in the above widgets, Account Widget and Opportunity widget checkboxes must be enabled under the Company Intelligence section in the Administration > C360 Layouts page.
Users with relevant permissions can also create a Timeline activity from this widget. For more information on how Company Intelligence posts can be viewed in the C360 section, refer to the Company Intelligence in C360 article.
