Within Administration > Calls to Action (CTA) > General Settings, you may encounter a message stating “Server Error” when you attempt to link an object.

Root Cause: This error is usually observed when your user profile does not have the “modify all” and “Customize app” permissions.
Resolution
- Navigate to My Profile in Salesforce. (depending on your permissions, you may need to contact your SFDC Admin to complete this step)
- Click My Settings.
- In “My Settings”, click on “Advanced user details” and click on “Profile.”

- Upon clicking “Profile”, it takes you directly to the user profile page.
- Select “Modify All Data” and “Customize Application,” and save the profile to fix this issue.
