When constructing a rule in the Rules Engine, you may find you're unable to select actions in the Setup Action section such as “Call To Action”, “Set Score”, “Load to Usage”, etc.

This issue occurs when the Account ID field is not referenced in the Show section of the Setup Action screen of the rule.
After the Account ID field is added as a reference, you can then select from the complete list of actions available in the Rules Engine:
The Account ID field is required in order for the rule to make a successful lookup back to the Account object. Each of the rule actions that were previously unavailable, needed to lookup an account to complete their action. Without this account lookup, it’s not possible for these actions to be executed.
