Gainsight Object Glossary
Customer data utilized by different features in Gainsight is stored in different MDA objects and the Gainsight custom objects in SFDC. Each of these objects has standard fields shipped by Gainsight to store different pieces of customer data. In addition, Admins can add custom fields and update schema of custom fields. The following table lists some of the most important SFDC and MDA objects, their standard fields, sample uses in Gainsight, and the information each field stores.
