Enhancements
Knowledge Center Bot
[Know More]We have introduced the following enhancements to the new Knowledge Center Bot editor to bring feature parity with the old editor and improve how users discover content, receive updates, and experience localized messaging. For more information on the new bot, refer to the KC Bot Overview article.
Guide Users with Speech Bubbles
Speech bubbles are now available in the new Knowledge Center Bot editor, allowing you to proactively guide users to the bot and set clear context for its purpose.
To turn on, navigate to Configure > Design > Speech Bubble. You can control the visibility of the speech bubble and configure the following:
- Background and text Color
- Message content, including support for user attribute tokens to personalize the message

Customize Knowledge Center Bot Dimensions
The new Knowledge Center Bot editor allows you to customize the size of the bot when it is opened, providing you greater control over how the Knowledge Center fits within your product layout.
To resize, navigate Configure > Design > Position. You can configure the following dimensions:
- Height: 240 – 960 px
- Width: 400 – 640 px

Notify Users of Unread or New Content
Notifications have been added to the new Knowledge Center Bot editor. You can configure them to highlight newly added or unread content in the Content Group and Recommendations widgets and to prompt users to revisit the bot when updates are available.
To turn on, navigate to Configure > Design > Notifications. You can control the visibility of notifications and customize the following:
- Background color
- Text color

Localize Display Names and Descriptions for Engagements and Hosted Articles
Knowledge Center Bot supports localization of the Display Name and Description fields for engagements and hosted articles, enabling you to cater to users across different languages and locales.

Issues Addressed
The following table has the list of all the fixes which were resolved in the January release:
