Training Courses for CSMs
We recommend all new Gainsight users take the Customer Success University Gainsight series training courses starting with Foundations to get an overview of Gainsight from an End User or a CSM's perspective. The additional application-based courses (eg. Reports & Dashboards, Cockpit & Playbooks, 360 & Timeline) provide you with information on how to work efficiently in Gainsight, how to use the different features, and how to maximize the value of Gainsight to make your life easier. Finally, please register for the courses with NXT or SF in the title based on your Gainsight edition. If you're not sure of your Edition, please confirm with your Gainsight project team or COM.
