AI Insights in Path Analyzer is Gainsight PX’s first AI-powered capability, designed to simplify how product teams understand and act on complex user journey data. Instead of manually analyzing Sankey charts, AI Insights automatically generates clear, natural language summaries that spotlight key behaviors, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
With a single click, AI Insights distills user path data into actionable insights across categories like drop-offs, friction points, and engagement trends. This makes it faster and easier to identify what’s working, where users are getting stuck, and how to optimize their experience. Teams can use these insights directly in QBRs, reviews, or planning sessions without additional effort.
