Challenge C4: We need to give management visibility into CSM efforts and impact

These processes give your management team full transparency and visibility into the efforts and impact of your CSM team. Here at Gainsight, we use an integration with Salesforce Chatter, as well as a number of different management dashboards and reports to manage this process. Below you'll find best practice and configuration resources to help you setup similar processes in your own org:

Using Gainsight’s Report Builder feature, you'll build multiple reports that can be used to give management insight into CSMs’ workload and impact. This information can then be used to help management balance workloads, assign accounts and overall better manage their CSM team
