In order for your end users to view Relationship data, Admins must add a Relationships section to the Customer 360 view.
  1. Navigate to Administration > C360 Layouts, and click edit on the relevant layout.
  2. Drag the Relationships section from the left column over to the right.
  3. Click the edit icon (pencil) on the Relationships section.
  4. Click the checkbox to ‘Show in Customer360’.
  5. Click Save.

To view the Relationships section, navigate to the C360 for a specific customer, and click the Relationships section. You can customize the name of the Relationships section in the C360 Layouts, as depicted in the screenshot below where it's called "Products & Services." Also, you will only see the card view below after relationship entities are created.
