Spaces Objects

This article contains a comprehensive list of Spaces objects and fields along with their descriptions.

This section describes the MDA objects used in the Spaces module.

Spaces Entity Asset Type Registry object stores information about the types of assets associated with entities in Spaces.

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Field Name	Description
Asset Type	The type of asset associated with the entity in Spaces.
Created By	The user who created the record.
Created Date	The date on which the record was created.
Deleted	Indicates whether the record is deleted (True or False).
Entity ID	The unique identifier of the associated entity, either a Company or Relationship.
Entity Type	Indicates whether the entity is a Company or Relationship.
GSID	Unique system identifier for the record in Gainsight.
Modified By	The user who last modified the record.
Modified Date	The date on which the record was last modified.

Spaces Shared Asset Info object stores information about assets shared within Spaces, such as files and documents.

Asset Id	The unique identifier of the shared asset.
Created By	The user who created the record.
Created Date	The date on which the record was created.
Deleted	Indicates whether the record is deleted (True or False).
GSID	Unique system identifier for the record in Gainsight.
Modified By	The user who last modified the record.
Modified Date	The date on which the record was last modified.
Properties	Stores additional properties and metadata associated with the shared asset.
Spaces Entity Asset Registry	The associated Spaces Entity Asset Type Registry record.

Spaces User Access object records user login and engagement activity within Spaces after an invitation is accepted.

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Field Name	Description
Company	The name of the company associated with the user's Spaces access.
Company Person	The company person record associated with the user.
Created By	The user who created the record.
Created Date	The date on which the record was created.
Deleted	Indicates whether the record is deleted (True or False).
Entity ID	The unique identifier of the associated entity, either a Company or Relationship.
Entity Type	Indicates whether the entity is a Company or Relationship.
GSID	Unique system identifier for the record in Gainsight.
Invitation Status	The current status of the user's invitation, such as Pending, Accepted, or Revoked.
Last Invited Date	The date on which the most recent invite was sent to the user.
Last Seen Date	The date on which the user last accessed Spaces.
Modified By	The user who last modified the record.
Modified Date	The date on which the record was last modified.
Original Invite Date	The date on which the user was first invited to Spaces.
Permission Type	The permission level assigned to the user, such as Collaborate Only or Collaborate and Invite.
Person	The person record associated with the user.
Relationship Person	The relationship person record associated with the user.
Spaces User Detail ID	The associated Spaces User Detail record.

Spaces User Detail object stores detailed information about all users who have been invited to Spaces within a given tenant.
