Design Templates in Data Designer

Gainsight NXT

This article walks you through the Design Template functionality and how admins can leverage this to reduce repetitive tasks.

Overview

Admins can save the common preparation steps as a Design Template in Data Designer. The Design Templates can be modified to create new designs which reduce the time and effort to create design from scratch.

Business Use Case: Assume that an admin creates a design for Journey Orchestrator on accounts with no interactions in three months. Admin can save this design as a Design Template and use it in the future if a similar design is needed for a six-month period.
