This article guides admin and CSM users through the CSQL Dashboard and the dashboard widgets.
Overview
Users can analyze the data using the reports and widgets available on the standard dashboard called the CSQL - Customer Success Qualified Leads dashboard. The information and types of widgets available on the dashboard depends on the sync option configured by admins.
Standard Dashboard
As a CSM, you can view the leads analytics in the standard dashboard along with all the standard lead reports. The dashboard also lets you create cloned copies and filter out the relevant data. You can drill down on the widget values and charts to view the granular data.
Note: The default global filters applied on the dashboard are Created Date: Current Fiscal Year and Created By: Current User.
The following sections are available in the standard dashboard:
Gainsight Only | Sync with Salesforce as Leads
When the admin configures the Salesforce as leads or Gainsight sync options, you can view only one section in the standard dashboard, that is Gainsight Only | Sync with Salesforce as Leads. The following widgets are available:
- Lead (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total number of leads.
- Lead by Status (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total number of leads based on the lead status.
- Lead Production Trend (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total number of leads segregated quarter wise. The quarter wise leads are further classified based on the statuses with the total forecast amount values.
- Converted Opportunities (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total number of opportunities converted from leads.
- Converted Opportunity Value (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total forecast amount values for the total number of opportunities converted from leads.
- Converted Opportunity Value by Stage (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total forecast amount values of opportunities converted from leads based on stages.
- Converted Opportunity Production Trend (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total number of opportunities converted from leads segregated quarter wise. The quarter wise converted opportunities are further classified based on stages with the total forecast amount values.
Sync with Salesforce as Opportunities
When the admin configures the Salesforce as opportunities sync option, then the Gainsight Only | Sync with Salesforce as Leads section moves to the bottom. The Sync with Salesforce as Opportunities section is displayed at the top. The following widgets are available in the Sync with Salesforce as Opportunities section:
- Opportunities (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total number of opportunities.
- Opportunity Value (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total forecast amount value for the total number of opportunities.
- Opportunity Value by Stage (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total forecast amount value for opportunities based on stages.
- Opportunity Production Trend (GS App Report) - This widget displays the total number of opportunities segregated quarter wise. The quarter wise opportunities are further classified based on stages with the total forecast amount values.
