Multiple Quiz Performance Dashboard
Overview
This report helps you understand your learners performance across multiple quizzes using quiz score analytics. You will learn how to access and interpret key data points to gain insights into learner progress and quiz effectiveness.
Key Terminology
Learner Details
- Learner First and Last Name: The full name of the learner.
- Learner Email: The email address of the learner.
Quiz Name
The name assigned to a quiz during its creation.
Activity Title
The specific activity in which the quiz was taken. This is important as quizzes can be utilized in multiple activities.
Course Name
The course in which the quiz was taken, helping to contextualize quiz results across different courses.
Questions Completed
The percentage of questions a learner has answered.
Percent Correct
The percentage of questions answered correctly by the learner.
Quiz Progress
The overall completion percentage of the quiz. A 100% indicates the quiz is fully completed.
Date Last Question Answered
The date when the learner last answered a question, which serves as the quiz completion date if the quiz is 100% complete.
Run the Report
- Enter the learner’s name in the search bar to find their data.
- Click the Edit button to open filter options.
Filter Categories:- Courses: Filter by specific courses.
- Groups: Filter by learner groups.
- Quizzes: Filter by specific quizzes.
- Last Question Answered Range: Filter by the date range when the last question was answered.
- Click the Apply button to view the filtered data.
Sort Data
- Click on the column header of the data table you wish to sort by (e.g., Quiz Name, Percent Correct).
Export Data
- Click the Send to Email button at the top right to export the data as a .csv file.
- An email containing the .csv file will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Useful terminology-
- Learner details
For your school, the learner details are as follows
Column 1: Learner first and last name Column 2: Learner email - Quiz Name
This represents the name of the quiz that was set when you created a quiz. - Activity Title
This represents the name of the activity where the quiz was taken. Since a quiz can be used in multiple places, this column represents where this result took place. - Course Name
This represents the name of the course where the quiz was taken. Since a quiz can be used in multiple places, this column represents where this result took place. - Questions Completed
This represents the percentage of questions that have been answered. - Percent Correct
This represents the number of questions that the learner answered correctly - Quiz Progress
This represents the percentage of questions that have been answered. Please know that when this has reached 100%, that indicates the user has completed the quiz. - Date Last Question Answered
This represents the date that a learner last answered a question. If the quiz is 100% complete, this represents the completion date of the quiz.
How to Run this Report:
You can search for a specified learner by searching their name in the Search Bar.
Apply a filter on the following categories to view the data that meets the specified criteria:
- Courses
- Groups
- Quizzes
- Last question answered range
Click the Edit button to specify your filters & then click the Apply button.
To sort the data table, click the column header you'd like to sort by.
You can also export a .csv of the data by clicking on the Send to email button at the top right. Once this button is triggered, an email will be sent to the email address associated with the account that you are signed into.
