Overview

Edit existing unpublished and published courses from the course settings page, such as general settings, tags, enrollment settings, curriculum, and more. Many of the options are the same as when you initially created the course.

Edit an Unpublished Course

1. Open your Skilljar Dashboard and select Course Management, or expand the Course Management header and select Courses.

2. Choose the course you want to edit from the list.

3. Use the Preview, Manage Course, or Bulk Upload options to preview pages, clone or delete the course, edit content managers, or upload files.

4. Select between the Details, Curriculum, and Actions tabs to make your changes.

Edit a Published Course

1. Open your Skilljar Dashboard, expand Domains & Publishing, and select Domains.

2. Find the domain with the course you want to edit and select Published Courses.

3. Select the name of the course to open its settings page and make your changes.

Note: The changes you make to a course apply across all domains where the course is published.
