Program Page New Functionalities and Improvements (Horizon Experience)

Overview

Gainsight has redesigned the Program list and schedule views for clarity and simplicity as part of the Horizon Experience. The redesign includes fresh UI elements, nested program folders, layouts designed to give prominent space to high priority information, and updated functionality to search and filter programs.

Program List View

The following image shows a comparison between the old UI and new UI for the Program list view. Users can expect to see changes for the new UI in the following highlighted areas:

A. Tabs to toggle between views: From the Programs page, users can toggle between the Program tab for the Program list view and the Schedule tab for the schedule view. For more information on the Program list view and schedule view, refer to the Program List View and Create New Program article.

B. Options for navigating folders: Users can navigate nested program folders alongside their list of programs as well as search for program folders by name. The process to move programs between folders has also been streamlined. For more information on program folders, refer to the Program List View and Create New Program article.

C. Streamlined program search: Users can click the search icon to search for programs by name. The search feature filters the list view for programs with names that contain the text entered in the search bar. D. Quick filters for programs: Users can refine their search results using pre-built quick filters for program status, program model, and type. For more information on how to filter the list view, refer to the Program List View and Create New Program article.

E. Add Program button: Users can click this button to start configuring a new program. For more information on how to create a new program, refer to the Program List View and Create New Program article.

F. Pagination Options: Users can use the controls at the bottom of the page to control their view and navigation experience of the list view. For more information on how to create a new program, refer to the Program List View and Create New Program article.

Program Schedule View

The Program schedule view displays a calendar of engagement schedules for programs and participant sources. Users can select the timeframe they wish to view. For more information on the Program schedule view, refer to Program List View and Create New Program article.
