Sally Bot User Permissions in Slack

This article explains the Sally bot user permissions in Slack based on each license type.
Overview
Gainsight Sally bot is available for users with Full License, Viewer License, Viewer+ Analytics License, and Internal Collaborator License. However, the read and write permissions differ for each license type.
User Permissions for Sally
Users can interact with the Sally bot to access information about a Company, or Relationship. They also receive Personalized User Notifications and Gainsight Notifications regarding upcoming renewals, CTAs and Tasks at both Company and Relationship level. The permissions to query and receive information differ depending on the user's license type.
Company Information
