ENHANCEMENTS

User Management

Admins can use this feature to manage Gainsight users and their allocated licenses and permissions. User Management can be accessed from Administration > Users and Permissions > User Management.
Lookup Attributes in Advice Rules

Admins can now include permission attributes inherited from objects (those with lookup capabilities) when configuring Advice rules to conditionally grant users read or write access.

Previously, only non-inherited attributes (those without lookup capabilities) could be used in Advice rules that limited the scope of conditions.

This enhancement enables the Field dropdown menu in the Get access to the records where section to display all permission attributes, including lookup fields. This expanded functionality allows for more precise data access control, aligns permissions with specific user needs and organizational policies.

Note: For lookup attributes, only the NULL and IS NOT NULL operators are supported, while non-lookup fields retain a broader range of operator options.
