Gainsight NXT Patch Release Notes: Version 6.36.X series

Previously, Gainsight Administrators were receiving Partial Success with Duplicate Records error when the Load to People rule action identified duplicate records. This issue was addressed with the 6.36 release through the duplicate alert opt-in or opt-out checkbox for administrators.

If the admins opt-in to get notified for duplicate records, then they receive Partial Success errors every time the rule identifies duplicate records.

Notes:

• The status of duplicate alert is set to opt-out by default.
• The duplicate alert checkbox is available only in the Horizon Rules Engine actions. Please contact Gainsight Support to enable this alert feature for the SFDC and/or NXT-Bionic rules.
