Person List

Person list provides a summary of lists created by CSMs from the People tab in GS Home.

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Field Name Description 
Name Name of the list.
Context Indicates if the list is created using company person or relationship person.
ListType Indicates if the list is dynamic or static.
GS Created by Name Name of CSM who created the list.
DefaultType Indicates whether the list is custom (with a static or dynamic ListType) or a default list (such as the All Person list).
Deleted False if the list has not been deleted.
Description The description provided for the list.
Filter Stores the filters and logical expressions applied to define the list criteria.
GS Created Date Date when the list was created.
GS Modified Date Date when the list was last modified.
GSID Unique ID to identify the list.
GS Modified By Name Name of CSM who modified the list last.
RelationshipType Name Relationship type name provided by the CSM when the context is set to relationship.

Person Associated List

Person list provides a set of records within a list. Person records within a list can currently be reported on only for Static Lists, through the Person Association List object.

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Field Name Description
Created by Name Name of CSM who created the list.
Deleted False if the list has not been deleted.
EntityID This can be configured as a lookup to either Company Person or Relationship Person in the context.
GS Created Date Date when the list was created.
GS Modified Date Date when the list was last modified.
ListID Lookup to Person List
GSID Unique ID to identify the list.
