AI Cheat Sheet

Following are AI Cheat Sheet objects:

Company Cheat Sheet

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Field Name Description
Key Point ID A unique identifier assigned to each key point in the AI Cheat Sheet, ensuring each key point can be distinctly referenced and tracked within the system.
Company The name of the company associated with the AI Cheat Sheet, linking the key points and notes to a specific organization for context and relevance.
Category Name The category name associated with the company's Cheat Sheet, organizing key points into specific topics or themes to facilitate easier navigation and understanding.
Key Points A brief summary of the important information discussed in Timeline, capturing essential insights and decisions made during meetings or interactions.
Created Date The date when the key point was recorded, providing a timeline of when specific insights or decisions were made.
Last Mentioned Indicates how long ago the key point was recorded relative to the current date, helping users understand the recency and relevance of the information.
Likes The number of positive reactions received for the key point, reflecting user approval and agreement with the recorded information.
Dislikes The number of negative reactions received for the key point, indicating user disapproval or disagreement with the recorded information.
User Notes Additional manual notes or comments provided by the user regarding the AI Cheat Sheet, offering further context, explanations, or reminders related to the key points.
Last Updated Displays the date when the AI Cheat Sheet was last updated, ensuring users are aware of the most recent modifications or additions to the document.

Relationship Cheat Sheet

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

User Shared Detail

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Field Name Description
Shared with User Id GSID of the User (Recipient) of the external sharing link.
Shared User Id GSID of the User (Sender) of the external sharing link.
Company Id GSID of the Company to which each shared link is associated with.
Relationship Id GSID of the Relationship to which each shared link is associated with
Relationship Type Id GSID of the Relationship Type to which a Relationship belongs to.
Token Status ACTIVE, REVOKE, and BLOCKED depending on whether the external shared link is active or revoked by sender, or blocked by system after multiple wrong password entries respectively.
Token Expiry Expiration date of the external sharing link.
Link Send Status Status of the email delivery to the user.
Comments It stores the reason for the link revoked or blocked.
Link Viewed It stores the number of times that a link is viewed/clicked
Deleted It stores the Delete status of the external link sharing instance.
Created At It stores the created date of the link.
Distribution Type ADHOC or JO for Sharing from Shared 360 or through JO Program respectively.
Modified At It stores the modified date of the link.
Gsid Unique id to identify each record in this object.
Revoked_expiry (Not available on UI) date when the link is revoked
Blocked_expiry (Not available on UI) date when the link is blocked

GS Attachments

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Attachment ID Unique ID associated with an attachment 
Attachment Name Name of the attached file
Attachment Size Size of the file
Attachment URL Internal storage location or link to the file
Company ID Company ID associated with the attachment
Deleted Indicates whether the attachment has been deleted (false, if not deleted)
Description Description or summary of the file's content
External Source Name of the external system from which the attachment was synced (for example, HubSpot or Snowflake)
External ID ID of the attachment synced from and external system. This is the identifier that is stored in the external system
File Extension Extension indicating the file type (for example, .pdf, .xlsx)
File Type General category of the file (for example, document, spreadsheet, image)
GSID GSID of the file
Is Draft True, if the timeline activity is in the draft stage
Is Safe Indicates the status of the file following a virus scan
Last Downloaded By Name of user who last downloaded the attachment
Modified By Name of user who last modified the file
Modified Date Date when the file was last modified
Record ID Identifier of the Timeline activity associated with the attachment
Relationship ID Identifier of the relationship record associated with the attachment
Relationship Type ID Lookup to the GSID field in the Relationship Type object
Source Origin of the attachment upload (for example, C360 or Timeline)
Uploaded By Name of user who uploaded the file
Uploaded On Date when the file was uploaded
Virus Scanning Status Indicates whether virus scanning has been completed. If complete, the scan option is deactivated

GS Tags Association

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Display Order Specifies the order in which tags are displayed or sorted
External Id ID of the tag association synced from external system

Modified Date Date when the tag was last modified
Record Category Identifies where the tag was applied—for example, to records such as Company, Relationship, Call to Action (CTA), or Timeline Post, or to assets such as Rules, Reports, and Journey Orchestrator (JO) programs
Record Id The identifier of the specific record the tag is associated with (for example, Company ID, Relationship ID, or Timeline ID)
Record Type Type of record or resource associated with the tag
Source Identifies the origin of the tag association, such as Application UI or Data Load
Tag Id GSID of the tag from the GS Tags object

GS Tags

The following table lists the data fields available in this object:

Active Indicates whether the tag is active (false, if inactive, such as when tag usage is deactivated in the application)
CE Tag Id Unique identifier (ID) of the tag from the Community product, stored on the Customer Education (CE) side
Color Color associated with the tag
Created By Name of user who created the tag
Created Date Date when the tag was created
Deleted Indicates whether the tag has been deleted
Description Description of the tag
DH Tag Id Unique identifier (ID) of the tag from the Community product, stored on the Customer Success (CS) side
External Id ID of the tag if synced from an external source
GSID GSID of the tag
Modified By Name of user who last modified the tag
Modified Date Date when the tag was last modified
Name Display name of the tag
PX Tag Id Unique identifier (ID) of the tag from the Community product, stored on the PX (Product Experience) side
