Overview
Record learner page views in your Google Analytics account. Effective July 1, 2023, Google is replace Universal Analytics with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). If your academy is currently configured to use Universal Analytics, data will stop recording on July 1. To minimize gaps in recording, please follow the instructions below to take advantage of GA4.
Migrate to Google Analytics 4
If you are currently using Universal Analytics, migrate to GA4 before you can begin recording learner data in GA4. Once you have migrated to GA4, find your Measurement ID and log in to Northpass.
Configure Google Analytics 4
- Log in as an administrator to Northpass
- Navigate to Apps > Integrations
- Select Google Analytics
- Enter your GA4 Measurement ID and click Save.
