Insights Report
This article describes the Insights Report feature in Staircase AI, which compiles all active customer insights across your account base, enables you to filter by customer cohort or insight type, and allows you to save or schedule the report for regular action planning.
Use, save, and schedule this report for a recurring list of all Staircase customer insights identified across your active customer base. Filter the results to the desired customer cohort and insight type(s).
Use these insights to take action.
Ex: Customer Dark - send something to the customer or schedule a meeting to generate a response from them.
