Integrate with Salesforce to automatically update your Staircase account with new customers flowing into your book of business. Along with any changes made for existing accounts/contacts.
Simply go to the integrations tab in the settings page, and follow the mapping steps:

Zendesk integration is LIVE: get even more visibility into your customer communications via Zendesk support tickets.
Staircase will pull in new tickets created by your clients and show them in the Activity tab and Engagement stats.
Simply go to the integrations tab in the settings page, and enter your Zendesk subdomain:
