Setting Up Email and Slack Notifications in Staircase

This article explains how admins can configure near-real-time email and Slack notifications in Staircase to alert teams about detected events, insights, or summaries—covering the setup of notification types, filtering options (such as account, owner, tier), and delivery channels (Slack channels, DMs, or email).

This article describes admin steps to set up email notifications to get immediate alerts on risks and opportunities detected by Staircase.
