Zendesk
This article explains admin steps to connect your Zendesk account to Staircase AI—using admin permissions to sync client support tickets for analysis, with instructions for connecting and disconnecting the integration.
Connect your Zendesk account to Staircase for visibility into client support tickets and related insights. This set up requires both admin permissions to Staircase AI and Zendesk.
Step 1
Login and click the cog from the left side panel to open Settings > Integrations > and click on the Zendesk card.
Step 2
Enter your Zendesk subdomain (most commonly what's before .zendesk in the url) and click 'Connect'.
You're now connected!
To Remove this Connection
Navigate back to Settings > Integrations > and click the Zendesk card. To disconnect the integration, simply click 'Disconnect'.
Staircase will no longer be connected to Zendesk.
