Tier

This article explains how to configure client tiers in Staircase AI by defining custom tier names—whether numeric (1, 2, 3) or descriptive (Bronze, Silver, Gold)—and adding them via the configuration settings; tiers can then be assigned manually per customer or imported from your CRM.

Do you tier clients using 1, 2, 3? Or Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum? Or maybe something else entirely? Whatever you use, Staircase AI can support!

Step 1

Login, click the settings cog on the left side panel, open configurations and click 'tier'.

Step 2

Add all desired tier names by clicking to 'add tier' and entering the tier name.

Note: You can add a customer's tier either manually in their settings page or pull it in from your CRM in the fields mapping section.
