Add a Course to a Plan

You can add a published course to your Plan when you're publishing a course or editing a published course. In this article, we'll show you how you can add a published course to a plan. 

You can make published courses and published paths available for purchase or registration:

  • Inside of a plan only
  • Inside and outside of a plan
  • Outside of a plan only

Before starting, you must first create a course and then publish it.

How to Add a Course to a Plan

  1. Open your Skilljar dashboard and select Domains & Publishing, or expand the Domains & Publishing header on the left and select Domains
  2. Find the domain with the plan you want to manage and select Plans
  3. Scroll down to the Content & Order section.
  4. Select the content you want to include in the plan or drag and drop it into the box on the right and order them to your preference.18551967413651.gif
  • You can also filter content via labels. To read more, see Using Labels.
  • The content and order section on the create/edit plans page includes context about the registration status of the courses and paths you select.

  1. When you're finished select Save or Save Continue to apply the changes.
