Access PX Data Using the PX MCP Server [Beta]
Gainsight PX is thrilled to announce the support of MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration with AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. This integration enables you to access PX data and insights using natural-language prompts directly from Claude and ChatGPT. Users can conversationally retrieve product usage insights, engagement analytics, feature adoption trends, survey feedback, user and account intelligence, and other contextual PX data without leaving your preferred AI workflow.

- Get Account specific insights as well as across all Accounts

- Identify accounts with low feature adoption or declining engagement
- Retrieve product usage insights for specific accounts or users

- Explore feature usage trends over custom time periods
This initial release supports read-only access to PX data, allowing you to safely explore AI-assisted workflows without enabling create, update, or delete actions on PX entities.
