PX Release Notes December 2025
Release Date: December 17, 2025 (EU | US)
Enhancements
Audience and Accounts Explorer
[Know More]Configure Stickiness Using DAU/WAU Formula
The Stickiness KPI in Accounts Explorer now supports an additional calculation formula - Daily Active Users (DAU) divided by Weekly Active Users (WAU). This enhancement gives you an option to measure stickiness on a shorter cycle of a weekly cadence. This makes it ideal for applications that are used on a weekly basis or are in an early stage of validation.
You can now configure the Stickiness KPI using any of the following ratios::
- DAU/MAU
- WAU/MAU
- DAU/WAU (new)

Associate Core Feature Labels by Product in Accounts Explorer
You can now define Core Feature Labels per product within Accounts Explorer. This enhancement allows you to independently manage feature groupings for every product, ensuring that feature labeling and analysis accurately reflect how each products’ core features and modules are considered for Health KPI calculations.
With product-specific core feature labels, you can:
- Add or remove the Labels for each of the products, helping isolate product-level core feature usage, without impacting other products.
- Generate more accurate engagement and adoption insights by segmenting usage data at the product level.
Note
- Adding or removing a core feature label affects only the selected product and does not automatically apply the change to other products.
- The process for creating, editing, and deleting labels remains unchanged, and labels are still applicable across products.
Administration
[Know More]HMAC-Based Identity Verification Support
PX now supports Hash-based Message Authentication Code (HMAC)-based identity verification for Mobile SDK, in addition to the existing WebApp SDK, enhancing data security and compliance for customer integrations.
For more information, refer to the Identity HMAC Verification (SHA256) article.
Knowledge Center Bot
[Know More]Deliver Localized Experiences with the New KC Bot
We have introduced localization support in the new KC Bot , enabling you to deliver a fully localized experience directly from the bot interface. With this enhancement, all content managed within the KC Bot can now be translated and maintained seamlessly. This update brings feature parity with the classic KC Bot while adding powerful new tools for managing localization quality and completeness.
Key Enhancements
- Full Localization Support: In addition to engagements and articles, the new KC Bot supports localized versions of all content types, ensuring a consistent experience across languages, which includes:
- Linked Articles: Display Name and Description
- Web Links: Display Name, Description, and URL
- JavaScript Functions: Display Name and Description
- Localization Completeness Check: A new built-in validation tool automatically checks whether all content in the bot has been localized for the enabled languages. This helps you quickly identify items that are missing translations or have localization turned off.
Note: The Display Name and Description fields of Engagements and Hosted Articles are currently available only in English. Support for localization will be added in a future release.
