Grant Support Access to Your Subscription
This article explains how to grant access to Gainsight's support team for your Gainsight PX subscription.
Overview
Limited Access Management (LMA) provides a temporary and secure method to grant Gainsight Support or Services teams access to your subscription. This ensures efficient troubleshooting and configuration assistance within your organization.
Limitations
LMA access is only available for SSO enabled PX subscriptions.
Grant Access
To enable Gainsight to offer support and examine issues from a specific user's viewpoint, it is necessary to temporarily allow them access to your subscription, a process known as LMA Access.
To grant LMA access to your subscription:
- From the top-right corner, click the user icon.
- Click View Profile.
- Turn on the Grant access to Gainsight Support toggle to enable the support access.
- In the Expires on field, click the calendar icon to select the duration for support access.
- Click Save.
