Gainsight CS Packaging Overview

IMPORTANT: Gainsight has recently launched new Customer Success (CS) package offerings: Essentials and Enterprise. Each package is enhanced with AI productivity features. This article will be updated shortly to include information related to the new CS packaging. In the meantime, please visit our Pricing page for an overview of the features available within each package.

This article provide details of Gainsight Packages and Package Limits applicable to all Gainsight editions (NXT, Hybrid, and Salesforce).

Note: The new pricing is effective only to new customers. Existing customers are onboarded to the new pricing at the time of renewal.

The following are the four Gainsight Customer Success Packages:

  • Essentials - This package equips small and developing Customer Success (CS) teams with complete customer visibility and foundational tools to ensure success and retention for high-touch, strategic customers.
  • Essentials+ - This package is recommended for scaling Customer Success (CS) teams. It contains automation, expansion, and feedback tools that can be used to support high and tech-touch CS strategy.
  • Enterprise - This package is recommended for mature organizations and business units. It contains foundational CS tools and integrations which can be used to turn client success into a revenue growth engine.
  • Enterprise+ - This package is recommended for Enterprises with a complex and diverse customer base. It contains powerful and comprehensive CS solutions to deliver an optimized experience to every customer & drive expansion.

  • Add-On denotes that the feature is available as an add-on for that package.
  • NA denotes that the feature is not available as an add-on for that package. The package must be upgraded.
