The Service Cloud widget, Gainsight’s Customer360 view, can be embedded into Service Cloud to empower your support agents as they work on customer health issues.

From the Summary tab, you will be able to see the following key pieces of information:
- Health Score
- Score Comments
- Renewal Date
- Customer Lifetime
Product Usage Tab
From the Product Usage tab, a user will be able to easily access all of the adoption measures.
The support representative has the option to add a CTA to alert the CSM/Account Manager of a risk or an opportunity. To add a CTA:
Click Add CTA at the bottom of the screen
Fill out the following fields:
- Subject Text field
- Type Opportunity or Risk
- User Person the CTA should be assigned to
- Reason Pre-defined drop down menu
- Comments Text field to add additional details
